Red Nose Day will be returning on Friday the 21st of March. This year, as Red Nose Day turns 40, we are going to supporting those in need during the current living crisis, focusing on issues like lack of food and homelessness. Therefore, on this day, we would like the children to bring in a food donation to give to Winchester Basics Bank. They have asked if possible, could the donations consist of:
Tinned pasta that is not spaghetti hoops (so ravioli or macaroni cheese)
Big soups
Any tinned meat that is not meatballs
Any tinned vegetarian protein (so things like veggie curry or veggie chili)
Cereals
Tinned custard
Tinned fruit that is not peaches
Decaf coffee or hot chocolate
Any jam that is not strawberry
Yeast extract spreads, chocolate spreads or smooth peanut butter
Fray Bentos pies
Tinned tuna
We will also have a non-uniform day on Friday 21st March and asking for any donations to be made directly to Comic Relief or via our Itchen Abbas Primary School Just Giving Page. Thank you for your support.
